The Shaw Thinline series is an accurate reproduction of the Thinline Tele series but with upgraded components. Both of these models feature an LR Baggs string-through body bridge with active piezo saddles. The piezo pickup can be blended with the magnetic pickups, or either set of pickups can be used individually. This configuration, along with normal magnetic pickup switching allows for a rainbow of tonal textures to be produced. The Shaw custom single cutaway guitar on the right is actually a pre-production model set up much like the classic model it resembles.
